• Dry aged ribeye with salsa verde and smoked sea salt
• B&B beef burger with brioche, smoked ketchup, fried onions, and pickles
• Large peeled shrimp with lemon pepper and garlic
• Roasted chicken thigh with Korean BBQ glaze, red pepper, and crispy onions
• Sea bream fillet with antiboise and lemon
• Barbecue vegetable skewers

Salads:

• Fregola with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, arugula, and mozzarella
• Beet salad with sweet onions, honey nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette
• Caesar salad with fried chicken, pancetta, croutons, Parmesan, and garlic dressing
• Roasted potato salad with black pepper, truffle cream, and spring onions
• Pickled Dutch vegetables

Extras:

• Sourdough bread with salted butter, herb butter, tapenade, and aioli
