Who doesn’t love a good BBQ? At Brasserie Buitenhuis we have the best BBQ’s for groups! What makes ours even better is that we have a professional cook manning the BBQ. Plus, we use the best meat.

The vegetarian menu

Are there vegetarians in your company? Of course we have many delicious vegetarian options. Please let us know how many of the guests prefer a vegetarian meal and we will take care of the rest.

Pulled pork with coleslaw and homemade smokey bbq sauce
Albacore tuna fillet with wasabi-lime cream
Pork butt, slowly cooked with fennel-tarragon mayonnaise
Roseval salad with bacon, truffle and dried tomatoes
Cucumber salad with apple, feta, walnut and lettuce
Salad of grilled chicken with little gem, rucola, pancetta, served with a dressing of old cheese and smoked garlic
Mediterranean tomato salad with grilled aubergine and courgette
Artisanal bread with homemade garlic-basil mayonaise, olives, tapenade, sauces and salted butter
Served with fresh fries
